Ecowitt WH51 Wireless Soil Moisture Sensor

Add the WH51 sensor to the Ecowitt WiFi gateway or weather station to add soil moisture readings to you weather data. Upload data to the Ecowitt network to view a history of soil data.

Up to 8 soil sensor readings are available to view in the App, or online via Ecowitt.net and in the 3rd party websites that support this sensor types. The MetOffice WoW service now supports the first sensor of this type (channel 1).

• Supports up to 8 soil sensors. Each new sensor will be recognised as a new channel according to the power-on sequence. Please don't forget to label the channel on each sensor for distinction

• Upload data to the Ecowitt weather server to view history graphs and download the date from the website
  

Important Tip:

1. Do not push the sensor into stoney or rocky soil. If the soil is too hard and dry, the sensor can easily be damaged.
2. Design for testing soil ONLY.
3. It is recommended to totally insert the sensor into the soil and keep it in place for 2 to 3 minutes to get an accurate reading.

Product Warranty

2 year warranty from date of purchase from May 2025, 1 year on purchases before this date - return to supplier. Batteries are excluded from warranties as they are classed as a consumable item.
